If there are any of you who like me and Newkate are desperately looking for cool sci fi (even foreign ones) then you may be interested in the classic Russian Sci Fi classic, Kin Dza Dza.
Newkate and I have fansubbed the first part and placed it in the [b]alt.binaries.multimedia.scifi[/b]
It’s a terrific film and we heartily I recommend it.

It reminds me of the third season of LEXX (retro style). I’m afraid that the quality of the fansub wasn’t brilliant though and we’ll be re-doing it after the second part is finished.
I’m just rendering the second (and best) part of the film now. If you liked part 1 you’ll love this! [i]In fansubbing it we have had to watch it again and again and we NEVER get tired of it! It’s a total blast![/i]
