apparently Hollywood are considering making a Knight Rider movie, with David Hasselhoff back as Michael Knight. What are your thoughts on this? I personally loved the show back in the ’80s- but it’s had its day. David Hasselhoff is definitely not eye-candy any more…and speed wise, a lot of performance sports cars now could p*** all over KITT!! and okay, we might not have cars with a sarcastic, mickey taking personality (unless you count mine!!), but there’s quite a lot of the sort of ‘fantastic’ technology we saw then that is in cars now. would KITT just seem quaint? and would he be a Trans-Am again? there’s damn sight sexier cars out these days….anything with a Jaguar on it….. 😛
….or is this just another sign of the movie industry running out of ideas?
