Burmesedeja gave me a file of the Kai poster from Fluffdaddy, which has been cleaned up for T-Shirt transfer use. (She’s not sure where she got the original file, though.)
It ends up looking like the shirt Live Kai wore between performances of Henry V. I’ve put up a page for it, with basic instructions, and links to her pics of the shirt.

you know.. i first saw that picture before i saw the episode.. and i STILL have not seen the full episode!! im cursed!! any who.. i was fighting with myself if that actually was MM.. and well it is.. DUH!! hee hee..
My problem is now finding a printer in my area ready to handle that ink job!! and print it nice and pretty to
