Lexx Stinks

First off, relax. I am a MEGA lexx fan and love every aspect of it. I have all episodes/movies on tape and have never had a negative thought tward it.
But: I recently realized that Stan had been wearing the same uniform for 4000+ years, Kai 6000+ and HDS wore the same rubber-like-thing from the moment of his selection to his death. To my relief, in season 4 I learned that Xev can potentially change clothes sometimes. But among the lexx’s cool organic appliances there is no washing machine!!
(P.S. I know that wearing stuff in cryo-stasis doesn’t count. But it was more fun to describe that the way I did.) [img]images/smiles/icon_cool.gif[/img]quote:

so what its a tv show not real life so maybe he has a bunch of red suits or kia he’s dead the dead dont care about how old there clothes are
Well, let’s not forget that Stan and Xev do bathe a lot. Maybe they wash their duds in there, too; after all, clothes did get clean before washing machines. Heck, they could shove ’em in the protein regenerator and have the funky smelly stains removed! [img]images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] And, Kai, being de-carbonized couldn’t have any funky bacteria making him stinky and reeky, now would he? I wonder more about their shoe soles myself. I can barely make it through a year and those guys just kept going and going with no shoe/boot troubles; they must have shoe elves onboard, one level below the Moth Builders. Nope, didn’t upset me. I figured you either: 1) had a death wish, or 2) had a twisted sense of humor. And either way I was gonna have some fun! And may I say, peee and eeeew!
No wonder 790 keeps complaining that Stan stinks! I’m sure Xev would wash her thingies in the shower, but Stan’s kind of a lazy man, dontcha think? Now, maybe this is the place to air out one of my little daydreams? I figure Xev takes the time to shower Kai, quite regularly, you know – out of consideration and friendship.
