LEXX:A Review…so far.

In my mind I’ve been trying to get in my head why it is I love LEXX.

Possible reasons:
1.I’m the only person I know he likes it. Therefore I’m not cool which is cool because being cool isn’t cool.
2.It mixes genres(never can have too much of that.)
3.It reminds me of my dreams…yes that’s it.
LEXX is very much like most of my dreams. Very bizarre and organic and visual and everything that is not reality but still mirrors my own reality..or something like that.

So here is season by season why I like and don’t like:

Season 1:
What I like:
Pretty much everything. The music is great and epic. Great special effects. The feeling of doom and gloom that you don’t mind because the epiodes bring you joy.

What I don’t like:
Eva Habermann. At that point it seems apparent that she didn’t know that much english and her acting suffers for it.
Zev as a character just doesn’t seem appealing.
All the emotions that Kai seems to show.
Kai kissing Zev willingly.

Season 2:
What I like:
The character development for Xev and Stan.
Stan’s Trial,Norb,Lyekka,Brigadoom,The End of the Universe.The constant jabs at Stan from 790.

What I don’t like:
How Kai does absolutely nothing except for occasionly save the day or act weird(wake the dead,twilight,brigadoom.)
Mantrid,Terminal,Patches in the Sky,Woz,Brizon.
How cheap the series seems after watching S1.

Season 3:
What I like:
Prince. Oh and Prince too.
Fire and Water(especially Fire).
May,Bunny,Fifi. Character developement for everyone(including Kai.)
The suspenseful cliffhanging endings.
The special effects.

What I don’t like:
umm…I honestly can’t think of anything that sticks out in my mind. Almost flawless season. I will say the Key is my least favourite episode even though I still don’t hate it.

Season 4(as of 769):
What I like:
How Earth is treated as the evil place it is.
Xevivor,Vlad,769.
Prince.Bunny,Priest.

What I don’t like:
The Early episodes of the season are kinda weak and seem to much like filler to reintroduce the show to new fans(look for dialogue in the first 4 episodes in particular where the characters explain who they are etc. xev,kai,and stan all do it.)
