Keymaster..apparently the Beeb are now looking at doing another series, to go out at it’s usual (UK) time slot of Saturday teatime- to be out next year. they’re allegedly already looking for someone to be cast as the 9th Doctor…hmmm, heard so many rumours about films, etc- i think i’ll believe this when i see it. why look for another Doctor? it’ll be game over if this one dies, won’t it? (sorry, can’t remember how many times the Doc can regenerate!) what’s anyone else heard, if anything?

GuestI’ve heard it mentioned that Anthony Stewart Head (Giles off buffy) is a consideration for the new Dr, if so then that will certainly make it more attractive, both to the UK and US public.
I think that if he did get that role he could carve a niche for himself and may prove to be as big as Buffy in his own right.
Let’s face it, it needs a big name this time round, the last few doctor’s were nobodies and that probably helped in it’s initial demise.

Inactive12 regenerations iirc, making the 13th Dr the last (never stopped the Master mind, and if you take the last film into account he’s suddenly half-human which might complicate things. If you take the comic relief special into account though, most if not all his regenerations are used up already:P)

GuestSaw Giles filming something in Primrose Hill on Wednesday. Didn’t look very “Who”ish though.
