I could understand how the show may not appeal to some of us but please give it a chance anyway. I heard this could be its last episode if FOX doesn’t sign it for a full season next week.

I would but I get horrible reception for FOX. Almost all the stations in my area broadcast digitally, but digital recievers (which would make reception flawless) cost ALOT of money. It sorta defeats the purpose of wanting to go digital.
Fox just did sign on for 6 more eps. Not yet the entire season, but they haven’t canned it entirely yet. It is in the deathslot, though. Up against sappy but popular sitcoms.
Yeah my FOX reception ain’t too good as well. I watch FF on another station where I’m at ’cause the picture is more clearer. Actually, if you’re from Toronto, try global.
Oh and stormsweeper, maybe you might know. With the additional script order, what episode no.# will that bring us to?

Oops, I thought it’s just the Toronto cables that get it a 8PM while everyone else gets it at 9PM. Guess I should learn these times zone.

It’ll be a real shame if Firefly isn’t renewed. The show was finally starting to get interesting!
Right now fox is showing the next 3 episodes to air in December – apparently subbing in something else for November sweeps. Notably, on 12/20 is an ep called “Serenity” what relation it has to the pilot of the same name is anyones guess, but it does not have an episode number listed:

Not sure if I’m remembering correctly or if it’s accurate but ‘Serenity’ will be aired with new footage, still 2 hrs. long and as a flashback episode.
