Poll: Contest for Kai mug, pick the winner!

Hey,

I found some more Lexx stuff I want to get rid of, so here’s my first contest giveaway:

Best haiku or Roses-are-red type poem (or other) on the subject of Lexx vs. Trek gets Mr. Pet’s Kill a Trekkie Kai mug, only used for pens, never coffee.

Now, [i]I [/i]like Trek, but this is for a [b]Kill a Trekkie [/b]Kai mug, so it’s okay ta be bad, nowamsane?

Public opinion may influence my decision, so you are welcome to discuss. I’ll ship worldwide and I don’t have to know you, you just have to be willing to privately give me a mailing address at the end. ([i]A [/i]mailing address, it doesn’t have to be [i]YOUR[/i] mailing address if you’re uncomfortable.) It will be registered as a gift on a customs form. Be sure you are allowed to import mugs.

Feel free to tell the peeps at lexxfans.com, but the poems have to be posted here to be considered because I’m not registered over there. If you want to remain anonymous and have someone else post it, cool beans. Contest ends July 3, decision made July 4.

Kai stalks then as they lay in the dirt.
All the ones weari-ng blue,
checked the script for a clue,

Now, what the hell made me decide to end this contest the day my ISP does their “holiday upgrade” 🙄 ? I’ve spent the last two days watching “This page is unavailable offline… blasablasa” while I was already connected. And I notice they are blocking certain phrases and my POP3 port again, which means some local loudmouth using the internet as a babysitter found porn and blamed the ISP. 😡

At least they’ve never reenacted the “flesh-tone filter”.

Anyway, Mr. Pet (who IS registered at lexxfans, d’oh! 😳 ) and I each narrowed it down to a favorite but couldn’t get any further, so I’m putting up a poll for the final two, just to up the suspense…. 😉

Each of the following showed up on both of our lists:

Hi Fellow Lexxians,
I picked Xev sends a letter to Kirk because I think that would look good on a mug; also, because it would be funny to drink from a mug with that saying, since I’m both a Trekkie (long before it was called Trekker) & a Lexxian. It would be a great travel mug since I’ll be going to DC, Labour Day Weekend & be spending my 40th birthday in Toronto. I don’t care which colour the mug is, but it would be fun on a red, purple or pink mug.
