Problems due to crackers

The site was attacked a few days ago but some jerk trying to crack the site and ruin things for the community. With the help of Cat, we were able to get the site up and running again, but there are still a few problems (ie. a bug was reported that no new users can register on the site!!).

I apologise for the disruption and hope that things will be back to normal in a few days time.

Seriously, why can’t hackers hack sites that deserve to be hacked?

Because anything resembling a “challenge” would result in them being hacked by others. Retribtion is a bitch and all that.

It’s best to go around and find something “safe” to test your newly stolen hacker tools (Which are hex-edited; again to avoid retribution from the authors). Unfortunately this means hard working individuals (like Cat) have to spend their free time doing what is very much like cleaning up after an infant.

It’s a whole new generation of k-rad boys and girls.
