KeymasterJust a small question, if anyone can help. Does anyone know if there will be any Lexx DVD’s released in Region 4 anytime soon? I’ve not found any, so I don’t think there are any yet. And I for one would love to buy them

GuestYes… it’s goes up to Region 6 or 8 (around there….). Region 4 covers Australia, NZ and I think the other surrounding areas too.

GuestHi Tara
I wonder if the following link might be useful (don’t expect to be too encouraged).
http://worldzone.net/scifi/ronscifi/lexx/lexxdvd.shtmlYou might want to condider having your dvd player ‘chipped’ to circumvent regioning. it depends on the player, etc. if you live in Melbourne, there is a place in Springvalle that might be able to manage it – or try your trading post for ‘mod chippers’.

GuestActually I’ve got the Playstation 2. I have seen however there’s this thing they sell that you can use to play any region. The thing is I’ve only seen it online, plus it’s a matter of getting the money for it But I’m thinking of getting it, I hate region codes…

Guestthe playstation makes things easier actually. the place in springvalle sells the add on for app. $70, although you should be able to get them through your local mod chipper. all hush hush of course.

GuestTara, saw my modchipper today for something unrelated, and he just happened to have a few lying around, legal like (apparently). He assures me that you can get them off the shelf from places like Electronic Boutique. So if your’re interested in exploring that possibility, consult your white pages for the nearest store – and ring beforehand to make sure they have in stock. Apparently they sell like hot cakes (to modchippers et al)

GuestElectronics Boutique has them? I go there all the time, I’ll have to check it out next time to go Thanks.
