I certainly hope not. DuhWayne Johnson could not act his way out of a thin paper (or plastic) bag. He was absolutely horrid in that Voyager episode and just when I thought it could not get any worse, he completly stunk up The Mummy Returns. I have smelt what the rock is cooking and it smells exactly like poopoo.And since ‘prowrestlers’ were brought up, I swear the first time I saw Prince I thought it was The Sandman (or Hack) of ECW fame.
‘As always’ the above is strictly my opinion, you may of course disagree, but you would be wrong.

They aren’t THAT bad at acting, well maybe some are, but The Rock is starring in The Mummy franchise: The Scorpion King. He’s the main character, so he must be doing something right, and i think Kurt Angle is a great actor. It’s True, It’s True.

I think Universal are taking a big gamble on him for two reasons:
1)His lack of acting
2)How are they gonna sell a story with a lead actor called Dwayne…sounds too much like Dwayne Dibley Duke of Dork!!!
Having said that, I’m gonna see ‘The Scorpion King’, cos I love that type of movie, and to some extent it’s factual, well in the sense he was the first pharoah…so i’m led to believe.

SquishyThe Rock was filmed in Newfoundland, and is a big Stanley episode (as well as being important for Brian himself, as he comes from there)
Mort means death, and the discworld novel was about Death.
Has any of you thought about that The Rock might acshely mean “The Rock” as in Alcatraz?
Or maybe a millitary instalasion?
Might be just a tuff guy to! Maybe the name is set as the opuset of Stan!By the way! I might be stupid but what does the TBA stand for?
