Hello! I was wondering if someone out there could give me some information about a Video I saw a few years ago (prolly ten)
It was a trilogy of Canadian Sci-fi that I picked up in a video libiray after seeing one of the teleplays on an Australian Cult/Strange/short show (eat-carpet).

I can only remember one of the plots, but it was about a society of the future where age/time had replaced money. In short, when you were born you were alloted a life span and via a machine that you wore you could buy/trade/sell years or months for goods and services. The story revolved around a young man (who I thought was played buy Jim Metzler but I could be wrong) who was born in the slums and worked his way out by being a finacnial genius, consiquently by the time he was 21 he was close to imortal and invited to join a group of elite somewhere in the canadian mountians. Rememberable for a scene where his sister drops dead in a casino after losing her last year(but she got free drink out of it).

I’ve looked all over for a copy or even any information at all but I can’t find a thing. (Yes I looked at Jim Metzler’s Imdb profile but it’s not listed) Thanks
