Tom confronts Dr. Bellamy (Michael Tucker)Tom’s psychiatrist when he is first taken to Calaway Psychiatric Hospital for kidnapping Alyson after he is erased. Bellamy is working for the Organization, he also appears to be working with Alyson.

Bellamy is an expert at subliminal induction, a process the Organization is experimenting with as a form of mass behavior control. He started his research on carefully selected students at a private school in New England called Sperling Academy, and moved on to Calaway Psychiatric Hospital, a place which processes new “Erasures” and rewires their neural pathways. Tom finds out later in the series Calaway may have done this to him in the short time he was there.

Tom takes on his identity when Bellamy is killed in a raid on Tom’s studio and uses it to infiltrate another psychiatric hospital run by them.
