That describes the plotline of every single episode of Scooby Doo! You forgot to mention the classic line that’s always given by the bad guy at the end of every episode, “…and my plan would have worked if it wasn’t for those meddling kids!”
Daphne was always my fave. Those blonde redheads get me every time.
And besides, Tina doesn’t look like Velma at all!!! Tina’s 5’8″ and Velma can’t be an inch over 5′ even. Are you people nuts? [img]http://www.sadgeezer.com/ubb/wink.gif[/img] If anything, she resembles [b]Sandra Bullock[/b] in [i]Love Potion #9[/i].
(Since I’m a newbie here at SadGeezer, I feel I should apologize for starting this thread in the wrong forum! I should have started it in the Lexx Episodes forum and not the Lexx General forum. But since the spoilers in here are not fatal, I think it’s all ok.)
I got a reply from Salter Street Films! The receptionist said that “Jill Aslin [the costume designer for recent episodes of Lexx] is away on hiatus for the summer months but when she returns in Spetember, I will forward this message along.” I’m not sure but I think “Spetember” is Nova Scotian for September. I like the way it looked in season 3, when she first woke up in that tub of ice. She had it in some sort of pony-tail, right? It isn’t like that anymore. In any case, the pics that are available from scifi.com show her with blonder hair than it was last season.
Shoot! I thought of that too! I looked around for that credit before and I didn’t see it on any of the Sad Geezer pages. Thanks for pointing it out! That’s a good step in the right direction!

Ha-ha-ha-ha! The frilling SciFi Channel prevents us from fracking SEEING the credits! They always squash them in order to show ads for the next Invisible Man or Farscape or Chronicle or whatever. As if they don’t show those ads enough during regular commercial time! But I’ve noticed that during the Monday 2 a.m. rebroadcast of Lexx, they don’t do this atrocity.

Wow! Hmmmm….. I said in my email to the fanclub that if they could get me an answer I would join their club. In a way, I’ve just received an answer. But do I join the club? Doesn’t sound like they are a good source of information…. hmmmmm….. 😉
That’s what I was planning to do. I am going to capture several pictures from my videotape copy of Xevivor, print them out, and take them to the optitian. You know what? I think it will blow her mind and she still won’t be able to help.
Unless I have an exact name brand, the pictures might not do any good.
The latest thing I’ve done is email the official Lexx fanclub. I got a frilling automated reply! (Arg!)
I’m still searching through online catalogs of glasses.
If anyone can help, please let me know!
