I agree with what you mention, but give it the benefit of the doubt. I recall not liking the original episode, but the new scripts actually have a decent plot and believe it or not address current events and sensitive issues (in their own way).
As to whether or not they’ll be funny, I’ll leave that upto you guys…
BTW the show is in production.
I don’t know what I’m permitted to reveal about the show. But I can tell you that the scripts we’ve read are hilarious… I know comedy is personal, but if you enjoy a vulgar reflection of current events with a touch of gratuitous sex (or should I say “SIX”), and gallons of satire – then you won’t be disapointed. Oh and the animation is great too :-).
