Zarek’s demand for elections seemed pretty silly. The President hadn’t ruled out holding elections, so why take hostages to get them? it must have been just a pretext to trigger a crisis that would create martyrs of the prisoners for Zarek’s own gain.

What are you referring to? There seems to be some discrepancies between the internet download version and what Sky One claims they aired (on their website). Are you talking about how Boomer went all stiff and robot like at the very end?[/quote]
My assumption was that the Cylons want for some reason to get Helo back to the fleet. What would be the best way to do it?Blow up the original Boomer with her new co-pilot and substitute with the Boomer from Caprica with Helo.
So I fully expected Boomer to press the red button and trash her Raptor only to re-appear later having rescued Helo.
This has several plot-holes. Like how does Caprica Boomer explain to the fleet how she went back to Caprica?
This is all getting way too complex. Still Sci-Fi that makes you think and speculate. It doesn’t happen often enough! 😯

Slight bias here but most of the B5 season finales get there. If I had to pick one it would be Sleeping in Light, although Season 2 ‘s “The Fall of the Night comes close just for Sheridan’s rehersal of his apology for blowing up a Centauri cruiser.
Crysalis and Z’ha’dum come close, but Season 4’s finale The Deconstruciton of Falling Stars doesn’t make it. That’s because the ep order was thrown out by the uncertainty of whether a 5th Season would be filmed and this was really an epilogue ep
