It would be great if one of you two who found this wonderful find were to also post this to ‘Pinhead’s’ thread “So, You’ve Downloaded a Demon…” at ‘istan’s new LEXX site. ( http://hightop.itsamac.com/~iStan/phpBB2/index.php ). I posted there just yesterday the link to the BBS at “Accidental Films” which had just one thread then, about the Cannes Film Festival. Today there is a new thread, and also that download wasn’t there just yesterday! (Got It! and saved it to my HD. Thanks a Zillion!) Looks like thing’s are starting to happen! Can’t wait for more!

You could also take a short break to watch that new miniseries on the Sci-Fi Channel “FIVE DAYS TO MIDNIGHT” that started last night. Always -because they are playing each part 3 times every night. If you missed the first part they will be playing that again tonight before they play part 2 -3 times. It’s pretty decent though! (Cute also how they made the dates coincide -it was June 7th on the show last night too!) The real mystery might be where that silver suitcase came from since he didn’t seem to own it last night -the 5 days earlier. (Unless I missed something.)

(LOL- No association with “the end of this week” intended!)

Since this is still here perhaps it could use a little correcting:

    http://www.xeniaseeberg.biz

has not only been back on line but has a wonderful link to some new and beautiful previously unreleased photos of Xenia including some of her in her XEV Cluster Lizard costume at:

    http://www.vertikals.com/xeniaseeberg/treasure_chest.htm

Click on any of the “Click here for more info and to BUY!” links, then on the “Xenia’s Product Menu” on the left on the next page that comes up, to see the full page of “Xenia’s Treasures”.
    YUMM!!!

(Now I camp out waiting for any of the XEV LIFE-SIZE Standups/Door Posters to become available!!)

A comment on “PhotoIsland”: I signed up there to store photos too but they had some very small size limitations when you linked to them. No matter what you uploaded when you linked to it it was always a much smaller pic when you clicked on it. I ended up switching to http://www.photobucket.com which is also free and allows 100 megabyte storage space.

(And you can also just use the thumbnail image they make instead of uploading a separate file, like below in the XEV polaroid I affectionately call “Nookie”, which I am also using as a link to “Click!” for “biggie size. -Note: They always append a “th_” to the filename you upload for the thumb.)

PhotoIsland is great but you could never link to a pic that can scroll off your computer screen. Bigger is Better!(IMHO)

Anyone homesick for a peek of our old board?

“Click for Google’s Cache of Lexx.com/board”

(I typed in “Lexx.com” at google then hit the “cache” option since the website itself is still gone.) I don’t know where Google gets their “cache” from but according to it “mayaxiong”, “gela” and “pinhead” were the last posters, if you ignore the bad date shown (or was google’s snapshot taken at that day and time, a week ago?) [WARNING! for slow connections – no graphics show up so the page takes a little while to load to display all those little red “X-Boxes”.]

Also what happened to http://www.thedarkzone.org or has it been gone for a while longer? The page that comes up now is “MyFamily.com”, very suggestive but not the right site. Any other “DRONE ARM” sightings or casualties lately?

    A long, long time ago,
From a universe far, far away
One Great Show used to make me smile
And I knew if they had one more chance,
That they could make all us people dance
And we’d all be happy again for a while

    I can’t remember if I cried
When I saw the last of the big bug in the sky
    I couldn’t bring myself to say good-bye…
Then the Dark Zone went into a deeper night
And something touched me deep inside
    The day that Lexx.com died

So is it bye, bye big bug in the sky?
Thoughts so heavy for my Xev-vy, Stan, 790 & Kai
And high-pitched hummings in the telephone lines
Singing this will be the day that we die!
Is this to be the day that we die?
Has darkness completely swallowed the sky?

So here we all are in another place
    Another generation lost in space
With no where to go to start again…
But we’re here among other friends…
So… To the three I admire most
    I propose a nice long toast… …

    Hello all:
I Googled several “Verio router” combinations and one most interesting webpage came up:

    http://grc.com/dos/grcdos.htm

    It States:
“On the evening of May 4th, 2001, GRC.COM suddenly dropped off the Internet:”

    Sounds a little familiar today…
The article has a diagram that includes specifically “VERIO ROUTER” and says that grc.com -“Gibson Research Center” was a victim of a Hacker conducting a “DENIAL OF SERVICE” attack on his website.

While there might be insufficient data at this point to draw conclusions, it may offer one possibility for an explanation. That somebody either irate or just plain malicious may have had their sights on our lovely home on the web. Or then again, maybe the heat just plain broke down a piece of hardware serving Lexx.com.

Just thought I’d offer this up for those interested. (At any rate that article makes for some interesting reading.)

As of today still phased off in another parallel universe except for:

    http://www.xeniaseeberg.net/

which sometimes seems to phase in and out but today is present and accounted for but does not connect to anything yet. I look forward to her website’s return with (crossing my fingers) some great updates and goodies!
