I acutally like what they did with Lorne, it was unexpected, and appropreate for that mission. Wes’s death was well done and allowing Fred to be there was good.
I also like the actual endding. I know I know, its not usual for a seires that knows its going to end to do so on a cliff hannger, but I had the impression that it was done for a lot of reasons, the major one being that it allowed Fans to take up the mantle of what happed next (you can see all the fanfic writers instantly leaping to their PC to write different endings). Personally, something that big on the mythsical radar would have been noticed by others (remember Giles getting to confront Willow quite quickly). So I tend to think that the Slayers would have turned up to help.
No I ment Burn Baby Burn. And not because of the words in the song, but the semiotic references which “Disco Music” conjours and the image of Stan dancing to it, would be p!ss funny.
Season 5 for me. Partly because it went back to an episodic style, but mostly because of Illyria (she is my fav character in the whole Weedonverse)
I have seen it, and I found the ending interesting. So I am interested is hearing yours (and others ) thoughts on it.
Just about anything by Nick Cave (who I went to school with incidently) would suit – Kai.
Berlin – “Sex (I’m a slut)” for Zev/Xev.
Gangstarr – “Lovesick” (not the rap version) for 790.
My Life with the Thrill Kill Cult – “After the Flesh” for Gigarota.
George Thorogood – “Bad To The Bone” for Prince.
I can’t think of one for Stan other than that 70’s Disco Inferno song 🙂

Ah, I see. I have been out of action for a while, found out that a submission form for my thesis was never given to me, and by the time I found out what was going on I had the grand total of 4 days to finish 4 years of work. 😯 I have been franically writting and editing ever since. I did get an extention, but that was not really enough that I would relax and edit, I still had to write up to 18 hours a day. Almost done now though. So I am back again 🙂
I also like Diva for Eva.
I am gald nurse is editing the names as I think I ahve brain for brian a number of times.
I have been in contact with E.G.G. And I have new gadgets in store for you Muwhahahahahaaaaaaaaa

You will not lose any money, the check will be in Euro dollars (or Deuchmarks if you prefer) The cost of converstion is at my end.

My chapter is in the making, though it will be a bit before I can post it, as I am still trying to get some essays out of the way. Some of them are for a subject that I don’t really like, so its like extracting teeth to write them. 🙁 Oh well will be finished soon. Then the next installment is coming your way. And boy. I am still writting essays. They are sucking the life out of me. I will write the next chapter the moment I have some spare time.
