Well I watched the season 10 DVD commentary on the final episode hoping to find the readon for the Asgard “suicide”.
The reason they gave was “To add more drama” to the episode.We all know the Asgard have been on the ropes geneticlly speaking for some time. I agree that the “Oh well, our last genetic experiment failed, let’s all commit suicide,” bit was a bit lame, and un Asgard like.
You know I almost answered planet of the apes. Then I changed my mind. The end of the original “Invasion of the body snatchers” was good too. The hero running down the highway yelling and all.
Another good ending was the one from the 1953 film “Invaders from Mars”. where in the end the you see the little boy awaking to the sounds of the storm and going to the window just as he did in the beginning, leaving you to wonder if it wasn’t all a dream, and the nightmare is really about to begin.
I got the DVD and I thought it was pretty good. The CGI was great. There is a cool new crusier ship for the interstellar alliance too.
For SG-1 fans there is a treat. Teryl Rothery, plays an ISN reporter trying to interview president Sherridan

Warner Bros Home Video has announced that the Babylon 5 spinoff, Crusade will hit DVD on December 7. The series stars Peter Woodward, Gary Cole, Marjean Holden, Tracy Scoggins, Daniel Dae Kim, David Allen Brooks and Carrie Dobro. This 13 episode series (576 mins) will be released in a 4 disc set, and carries a suggested price of $59.98 US. It’ll contain an English Dolby Digital 5.1 audio track, along with English, French and Spanish subtitles. The video will be presented in the original aspect ratio: 1.33:1. We have little information on the special features, just that there will be audio commentaries and a documentary.

Is there a problem with the avatar gallery? when I tried to look at it the pull down menu was empty.
If it is down, do you know a site where I can get some cool sci-fi avatars the correct size to use here?
