Last episode? Of the season you mean? You make it sound so final.
3rd season is coming, though I don’t know when. I’ve seen no signs of it being cancelled.

Btw, in a head-to-head between “Scar” and “Chiggie Von Richthofen”, my money’s on the baron. Simply because of the “abandon all hope”-thing. ๐Ÿ™‚

Magneto sounds like a prequel. The question is if Ian McKellen can play an young version of himself, or if he does the narrator .. thing.
Another question then would be who would play the young Eric Lehnsherr.

I thought Wolverine would be more of a Wolverine movie than a X4 movie. As long as I get to see some claw-slicing I’m happy. Throw in a couple of ninjas and I’ll be dancing a jig. ๐Ÿ˜†

On the subject of BSG and A&B: I think BSG borrowed more than a little bit from “Angriest Angel” for the “Scar” episode.

I agree with pet on the best episode. Though I like to add the one with Col. Butts “Easy as eatin’ pancakes” .. don’t remember the name of that one. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

I might be repeating someone elses question ๐Ÿ˜ณ but .. whats the name of the font that you used in the september 2004? (the one used on days of the week and on month-heading) .. or did you create the effect yourself?

Surely that should be ..”Teaching your child to honerably kill welfare officials”

To borrow a term from the AvP-universe: I think that would be considered a “dishonourable prey” ๐Ÿ˜€

To contribute something to add to the list:

    * Teaching the kids the vulcan neck-pinch

    * Teaching the kids to swear in chinese

    * Teaching the kids that “no one here is exactly what they apear to be”

    * Teaching the kids to be nice to plants, they might be delvians in disguise.

    * Teaching the kids that anyone that’s part of the system, is potentially an agent.

Other than listen to it while watching the series .. no. I haven’t had the chance to get a hold on them. Where did you find them?

I’ve never been much for travel and this was the first time I got to go anywhere outside scandinavia. ๐Ÿ˜ณ
A very beautiful country though, I must say. And I say that even though I got the feeling I was being presented a sugarcoated side of things, so to speak .. and despite the fact that I caught a bug that messed with my stomach. ๐Ÿ™‚
I’ll probably go back there some day.

    that’s the one.

The robber with a photo of the corridor on his head – another favorite. ๐Ÿ™‚

My memory of this one is more than a bit rusty, but I seem to recall some fun moments in Buck Rogers .. though I was pretty young at the time it. ๐Ÿ˜ณ
The robot was my favorite .. Twiggy?

The SG-1 episode was called the same or something similar to the show in the episode, extreme .. -something, I think…
Aha! found it. “Wormhole X-treme”, season 5.
I still had an old link to a episode guide. ๐Ÿ™‚

A personal favorite of mine from 5th element is Gary Oldman’s monolog about the difference between warriors and killers, and the following explosive punchline. ๐Ÿ˜€
A very good movie in my humble opinion, many special moments in it.

I think you hit the mark, dead center. Farscape was the only one I could think of as well, at first.

Firefly comes to mind though. I can’t name specific episodes but I remember having some good laughs watching it. ๐Ÿ™‚

But Farscape still has a sustantial lead.

I’m with you .. in a way. ๐Ÿ™‚ Movies today have a tendency rely on CGI rather than using it as a tool.
The end result becoming as you said, Soulless. I think a merging of old and new, is the way to go. One thing I hate about the use of CGI, is the use of Bad CGI. If they can’t get the good stuff then they might as well forget it. For example I prefer a monster never seen, and hinted at, rather than a bad CGI- .. thing. It’s a mood killer.

Oh where to begin, there are so many good ones. Many of them already mentioned I might add. ๐Ÿ™‚

“you’re a god among insects, Never let anyone tell you different”
    (Ian McKellen as Magneto – X-men 2)

    “End of line”
(David Warner as MCP – Tron)

    “Irrelevant.”
(Borg, I’ve lost count how many times)

“Very funny DuMont, maybe I should keep you around just to make me laugh”
(David Warner as Sark – Tron)

“There, there. It’s okay. You’re not going to have to cry much longer.”
(Tricia Helfer as 6 – Battlestar Galactica)

Woa .. that took longer than I expected. I must be damaged. ๐Ÿ˜ณ 0

I too have seen it. And I must say that I agree with the good nurse. I was positively supprised. It was watch-able despite Cruise. He did an ok preformance.
I must have missed the flag-waving part though (maybe it’s selective memory, or I’ve developed a blindspot ๐Ÿ™‚ )

I think you’re referring to “T.A.T.U” .. or however they spell it. I’m no fan of theirs but I’ve seen far worse. You can pretty much take your pick at the curent top 10 ear-bleeders on mtv, as far as I’m conserned. My hate of the moment goes out to the Spears-woman though.

Since the knowledge I have is gathered off of such venues as Discovery Channel and watching Sci-fi, I guess you can call it the fantastic kind. I’m not sure if it was my ideas of “not-yet-existing”-tech such as sentient A.I, or the thought of intelligent non-human lifeforms. I suppose you can’t be an artist if you’re into sci-fi. ๐Ÿ˜•
I wrote some fantasy-stories too that got pretty much the same response. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ
(From the teachers that is, i got very good response from fellow students)

.. and now that you’ve thrown everything but the proverbial kitchen sink at this movie .. how about saying something .. less negative?
Granted I was among the first to cry out for more blood, and the predator-loving part of me shed a tear at the way they were portrayed. I looked over the original script for the movie a while back and I was looking forward to the promise it held. Too bad the movie people chickened out. The film was still watchable though.

.. and I believe the female lead stayed on the “hunting-ground-planet” and was looking forward to the next hunt, in the original story. I might be confusing it with the comic .. I just might. ๐Ÿ™‚

While I’m at it I might add that Kylie Minougue was in that crappy Street Fighter movie, not Mortal Kombat. They actually had some martial arts tallent in MK. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

I recently finished a course for aspiring authors, and I had my bouts with some of the teachers, to take me seriously. It seems you can write a poem of the most hashish-smoke-induced dreamland-view-of-the-world and get instant credit – but as soon as you mention sci-fi, you’re sent to the kiddy-corner. I managed to get some support from at least one teacher in the end though.

Cremated on a big funeral pyre, and my ashes scattered to a strong north wind. With my friends giving me the fire-arrow send-off like they did in that old Robin Hood series.
