Actually the primary “hotel” really is a dorm. Dalhousie U. You can do last minite bookings, but I don’t recommend it. However you can book a room and cancel within 24 hours and not be charged.
As for those actors, we have already gotten confirmation from soem and have asked the others. We’re just awaiting their confirmations.

Something I forgot to include in the previous post was that hits are up over 50%. Which means that there a lot of newbies lurking here. I was thinking about what they may think of this thread.
Speaking of this post, JJ do you think that the Sadbaord is returning to its usualhijinks yet?I think you started this one by saying “This was a party political broadcast on behalf of the Squish party!!!” I just built up that. But now that I look back on it, I did start the election part.

Wow 3100 hits a day. Is most of that sadbaord hits, hits on the reference pages, or is it indistinguishable (I know this is spelled wrong)?I can udnerstand why the baord is the last to be checked though. When I first found this site, it was months before I looked at the board. I spent msot time reading hte episode reviews, culture sections etc. Another month before I registered, and nearly half a year before I finally started posting. There’s a lot of Lurkers out there.
As for your email, you get that many spams? that’s terrible, I usually give up on an address when its gets that bad. Luckily my school account gets only a few per week, but every so often I get one on the sadgeezer account. How do these peopel get my address? I always put a junk mail address when sites/stores/surveys ask for one.

The Epsilon System always had a blue nebula in it, but never that well defined. It was probably exaggerated for some symbolism, what kind I don’t know. But they also used an improved computer graqphiocs program for this movie. The space scenes didn’t look as fake or early 90’s as B5.
DT, let us have our moment please. We know you didn’t like it much, and yes the plot was remarkably like U-571, but I enjoyed it very much.

I’d hardly consider “kiss-kiss, love-love, goodbye” a spolier. But it was a great line. As for G’kar’s old, but legendary, “No one here is exactly as they appear”, I wa thinking “He can’t be talking about B5” well evidently he was. One thing caught my attention why B5 was shown though, where is Epsilon 3? The planet is always shown with B5. Maybe we were looking at B5 from the planets pov.
The phrase “We live for the one, we die for the one” was said in its entirity and inthat order, eigth (8) times. However G’kar said it once in a different order, and the dying dude on the hologram log said only the first part. This brings the total up to ten

The Following is Political Broadcast from the Hedgehog Political Party
While it is the stance of this party to make the Sadboard more exciting, we feel that the board’s traffic has increased substancially over the past week, and will continue to grow exponentially for the next month. A lot has happened in scifi over the past two weeks (B5:LOTR, LEXX returning to the US, a possible LEXX spinoff, SG-1 tidbits, etc) and all this great news will attract new fans and revive the spirits of the older ones.
However our agendas do slightly clash with the Cluster Lizard Party. While the DT/Aleck rants are entertaining, its become hackneyed. Perhaps a new sort of argument is in order, something equally as contriversal, say chocolate vs vanilla. (YEA RIGHT)
Mary Beth has been livining up the Jokers forum with plenty of jokes. We encourage others to do the same, we know your doing it over at scifi.com share the humor over here!
The party does appreciate the efforts of JJ to liven up the board, and he will be joined soon by dozens of others; people with even more out-there theories.
We also believe that new LEXX will calm the ideas that s4 generally sucks. LEXX can’t be viewed per episode, it has to be looked at as a whole.<font size=3?THE SADBOARD NEEDS YOU

I’m just going by what I’ve read. But Liannder Quin would make more sense then Jonas. Wasn’t Jonas the name of one of the Tok’ra? I’m not to peturned over Dr. Jackson’s leaving though. He seemed like to much of a third wheel sometimes. And the character lost a lot since the movie. IMO hios arc ended after Teal’c killed his wife.
As for who will be the linguist and G-oauld, I don’t know. They probably just won’t worry about it in the sixth season. Figure everyone they’ve run into recently speaks perfect english anyway, so what’s it matter.
If your paticularily clever, you can do a screen grab off of the dvds on a computer. But that may be a problem for you since not a whole lot of dvds have been released in Australia yet.

[i]Quantum Leap[/i]’s last episode was when Sam jumped into himself on his true birthday. He was in a bar outside of Pittsburgh where he met G-d(?). The voyer guy warned the sliders that if they jumped again that they would perish. I don’t know how it ends though. I assume they jumped.

I was wondering what was wrong with the
timeline I sent you to. [img]images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img] Crusade started 4 1/2 years after the end of [i]Objects at Rest[/i]. LOTR is set ~3 years after that same episode.

Its the first news item in the LEXX news section.I’m glad they’re reshowing LBP too. The VCR screwed up the first time it showed and I don’t have the first scene of it. I was already to rerecord it when they were to rerun it but…Oh well.
I use dogpile.com. But thatis really of no help since its not a search engine in the traditional sense. What it does is it sends your query out to about 17 other major search engines and returns the top ten results from each one.

It stated in a trilogy of books. Yes JMS works closely with them and makes sure they fit into his plan for the B5 universe. He does like the character and actress, thats why he wants it to be made into a movie. Lyta dying for the freedom of telepaths is exactly what she would do!
Sorry to be the one to tell you this but Lyta is dead by the Rangers movie. After two years she comes back with G’Kar to take control of the army Garabaldi was building for her while she was gone. This causes the Telepath War. She dies in some heroic fashion to end the war. In the Crusade universe; there is no psi corp, telepaths can have “mundane jobs”, they don’t have to wear gloves and public opinion has improved in their favor. However there is a new psi corp equivalent, but they’re not nearly as evil. More like a bunch of petty beurocrats(spelling)
This has all been implied/stated in previous books. However JMS wants to make this story into an actual movie, so that’s why we haven’t gotten a lot of details on the subject.Oh, also in the Crusade universe, Bester was a war criminal, this was meant to be introduced in the 14th episode. Yes it is being planned for July, but that could change. Unlike past years where everyone was already in Halifax, this year people have scattered. So I have to find the best date for everyone. As for this being the last one, I have no idea; but I do intend to make this the best one.

Nothing is coming up when I go there, but the delete topic option is still there. That [i]should[/i] fix it.
Sounds great, it was suggested a while ago if there could be an option to watch all the episodes back to back, w/o going back to the menu. Is that feasible? I can’t wait for s3, imo it’s their best season.
