the crux of the issue with napster is that they were providing copyrighted material for distribution (look at the warnings on your commercial tapes; basically you have paid to rent them, so theoretically the company gets royalties)…but when you start making copies and selling them, or making something for other people to copy, without paying royalties to the company, that would be piracy…lawyers don’t really go after small fry like you for copying stuff for your own enjoyment; they go after distributers, like napster (kind of the difference between dealers and users [img]images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img] ) however, it is technically illegal…does that help?

Dave Albiston started off as the mainstream FX guy, he did Kai’s crash into the Foreshadow, he did Bugbomb’s stop motion animation, in second season, he did many of the spaceship models.
