You go far enough back he could just play an ancestor of his…. make some refrence about the names in his family skiping every other generation or something and how his son will be named Kai just as his father was…. and then he can go about his merry way being some new character.

I saw on Brian’s board that some Lexxians will also be in the dallas area June 3-6 for A-kon.
I am not going to be able to make San Antinio as I have to run down to Austin and fight evil during that time span. (Exactly when is still up in the air) but I would be willing to meet any Lexxians going to A-kon in Dallas. 🙂
I had to laugh yesterday. I was listening to the radio on the way to work and the producer/movie critic bit they were doing was diss’ing it… and they were also fussing about the incrediably loud volume. As one put it, loud does not make it more dramatic, it just makes it loud! 😆

The scariest Lexx Icon I have seen is the one of Killer Kai where they took a pic of MMM Twack in his psyco makeup in regular lighting. * shudder * Just goes to show ya that you should always be nice to the makeup and lighting people. 😀

While I think this is as possible as donkeys flying… I was still inspired to repost the location of the Lexx Season 5 Continues link. I think it is up to us to make sure there is a story line worthy of the Pouty one (and the others) just in case Atlantis Alliance needs a tax dodge sometime in the future and the Beans aren’t interested in continuing. Rather than let some hack screen writer churn out a Lexx meets Marvel Comics, we loyal fans must be ready to step into the breach!

Yep, yep yep.. but it is a LOUD boring. You cannot fall asleep if they keep the volume high enough. (I had ear plugs in so it was still possible for me.) theSpouse even complained about how loud it was…. this coming from a man who normally has his television on the 8th or 9th volume bar.

I liked the vampire babe’s costumes and I thought the guy playing Drac was pretty interesting… but I do wonder that so much of this took place in the winter, yet everyone wandered around without even adding an extra cloak or when they huddled… it was under one thin blanket. Me? quilts and furs would have been heaped on the beds 18″ high!
If I was in need of assistance… Ace is the man. However…. day in and day out? That much smugness would drive me insane. Could we have Rimmer during the week with a dash of Ace on the weekends?

I think you should just put the Lexx fanfic in with the sadwriters space as general fanfic and screenplays.

I read and enjoyed it, but I have to admit… I have not re-read it like the other books in the series. In fact I only read it twice before sending it to theSister-in-law. I will buy the paper book of course when it comes out for future re-reads.
If you like Alt-Potter speculation, I highly recommend the Draco series by Cassandra Claire. I enjoyed her trilogy so much I formatted the first book in the series, designed a cover for it, and sent it to a one-off print service to be printed for my library and as christmas gifts for a few close friends. Tree, Allison, theSister-in-law, theLittlestNeice and even FX loved it.
I am going to do the second book as soon as I get a break in RL, and the third as soon as it is finished.
Well I did stay up to watch it for you Hedge. The story line was okay, and I like the Gus character, but the animation kept distracting me. Some scenes were good and other were so clunky I kept wondering what on earth they were thinking when they did it.
Would I watch it again? Probably, Gus was pretty amusing.

Sigh, easter has come and almost gone and not one dove Bunny from my family to my name.
Fortunately for me, my former employees are not diabetic like theSpouse and theBrother are now. So I got a dove bunny last week.
And of course I ate the best tasting part first. 🙂 The Ears!!! Chocolate bunny ears taste best. 😆
Fun Things to do to the Bushy One – No matter how in the toilet things are I *do* try to find ways to amuse myself no matter how small.
Yesterday, I received a letter from the Busy campaign asking for donations. How sweet. I have never register as or voted republican, yet they want to include me. Oh, and they sent me a nice picture of his Bushness as a little pressy. All they wanted me to do was pop a nice little donation in the mail. They even sent me a postage paid envelope to do it in.
While this of course does not make up for the econ continuing to tank due to his total ineptness in domestic and foreign affairs, I did find a moment of bliss in taking the picture, writing “No body died when Clinton lied” on it, and popping it in that nice envelope of theirs. How sweet of them to provide me with these few moments of happiness and even pay for it.
I am off to sift todays mail for other republican fund raising requests. 😀

Do what theBrother does… have someone do it for you. 😀 He is always bring me over cash or checks and asking me to paypal this person or that. I have also done it for a GF who bid on something by accident where the merchant ONLY took paypal.
