Lexx is number one for me, far better than everything else. My second group of favourites consists of more canceled shows – The X-Files, Farscape, Mortal Kombat Conquest, Babylon 5, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Married with children.
The only show which is still being produced and liked by me is Stargate SG-1, although it’s too naive. The only original idea in it is the Stargate itself, most of the rest is normal klische.Ok, here’s my list:
5) Trance from Andromeda – she’s purple, mysterious and friendly
4) Princess Lea from Star Wars – She wasn’t so beautiful, but her character is great
3) Aeryn from Farscape – almost beautiful, ass-kicking, lovely accent
2) Chiana from Farscape – mostly, because she reminds me of:1) Zev Bellringer of B3K from Lexx – SEXY, great accent, perfect reactions in difficult situations, self-confident, just exploring the world (aren’t we all?), ready to risk her life for her friends, just, etc, etc…
And I love her white hair![/b]FunkET, you’re right! The results of the poll can’t be called the best shows. But still doesn’t it make you feel something, when your favourite show is in the top 10? no matter on what site 🙂
Besides, if Lexx gets a lot of votes, we might send the numbers to AAC, and they might reconsider their desicion about Lexx. This is actually what motivates me to vote. The joy of the uprising of Lexx in the list is second 🙂
TheFrey, yes, most of the time 🙂 This year we had a wonderful 3 weeks in which the water was 28 degrees and the air was 40. Do you like that hot?
TheFrey, I recommend the bulgarian kurorts Sunny Beach, Elena and Golden Sands! They are luxorious and foreigners find the prices really low.
3rd Rock from the Sun is the best comedy sci-fi ever! I can remember of some funny moments in Lexx and Farscape, but not too many. The animated episode of Farscape was supposed to be funny, but I couldn’t stand it, it was soooo boring! The X-Files had some funny episodes too 🙂
Those are the most stupid suggestions I’ve ever heard. The introduction with Stanley in the box, explaining about the Dark Zone is necessary. Reduced Lexx to 25 minute episode – awful! New heroes – Lexx is perfect as it is. Perhaps in a next season.
Those numbers in my previous post were meant to be the cirillic original name of the movie… Too bad cirillic doesn’t work here.
The book you’re talking about is called “Crime and Punishment”. Honestly it’s my favourite book. I read it this summer. Ночной дозор has reached our cinemas too, so I’m just waiting for the company and we’re going to watch it!
I’m just afraid that it will repeat the same stuff which appear in some dumm american movies of the same genre, like that russian James Bond version which is aired every monday and thursday in Bg…I love that they included “3rd Rock from the Sun” and “The Avengers”, but “Alien nation”?? It was such a crap. I mean it was good to kill the time on a boring workday night, but to be a best sci-fi show of all time?!? And “Firefly” on 17th place?!? “The Outer Limits”, number 13?!?!?!? Xena?? Lost on number 11?!? The closer I get to number 1, the more amazed I become! The X-Files at number 4? It should be higher.
By the way I haven’t seen 40 of the 50 shows there. At least Farscape doesn’t rank too. Anyway, they should have included Lexx at least on one of the last places. It had the qualities.I’ve seen the first 4 episodes, I like it.
Too bad about Mr Locks. I expected something supernatural about him, but he turned out to be a normal human being 🙁 I hope they’ll concentrate on the monsters and on some more supernatural stuff in the next episodes.U might come to Bulgaria sometime… Not that it’s full of Lexxians around here, but you could just drop by…

Noo! It’s great! The main tune is actually based on an older song of Axel f – Harold. It’s an OST of some movie.
Anyway even if you won’t like it, you must experience all u can. I didn’t like neither the miniseries, nor 4.22 nor 4.1 and 3.22
Farscape is good, but in the later season it doesn’t have proper beginning and ending episodes. And the miniseries… Real disappointment for me. The aspects of the show which I hate the most were in the center and those which I like weren’t developed at all.If you don’t pay attention to the clip, the song is pretty friendly. That’s what I had in mind 🙂

By the way yesterday, when they played it over and over on the bier fest in Bulgaria, I noticed that it contained no agressive melodies/texts or something that suggests agression, unlike almost all other songs. It justs makes u laugh and dance. At the same time. Once again – I love it!
Crushes on fictional characters have happened also in the past, when there was no tv. If u read for example Pushkin and Evgeni Onegin, one of the female characters there fell in love with a male character from a book she was reading.
And I still feel something for Eva 🙂I remember early 1999 when I first saw Lexx. I felt the same for Zev/Eva Habermann. They aired s1 for about 100 times on different TVs, I watched it over and over. Few years later I bought the videotapes from a videostore in the neighbourhood. Then I finally found out there was a second season too! Imagine how disappointed I was to learn that Eva turns into orange juice. I mourned for a month. I never saw the episode until last year, when I downloaded all of them to the end. I almost cried at the beginning at Zev’s song and then bursted in tears at the end, although I knew what had to happen and I never cry on movies. Even Yo-Way-Yo wasn’t that sad for me.
So I think it’s normal to be attracted to a certain movie character. I think everybody has felt the same way. And I’m certain it’s not because we have no life or we are pathetic. It’s all just a stage everyone is going through.Well I’ve only seen Lexx, Farscape and Star Trek Enterpreis. I’d have to say Lexx is really the best idea for a ship. It’s moths too. Then comes Moya and Talen, but they’re pretty much the same as Lexx. Lyekka’s pod is also an original idea, which I like very much. I also liked the Celis Pleasure Transport on Lexx. None of the ships on Star Trek look beautiful or otiginal to me. The ships on Dune also catch my attention.

I think I’d prefer to make up a character, I don’t want to play myself, because it will be hard explaining how we – lexxians from Earth have ended up on the real Lexx. Besides, she’s sexier. And Xev with red hair… I think it’s her worst look. I don’t remember if I already wrote his, but I think she looked best in 4.8 – Vlad with long black hair and black clothes. Leopatra in 4.21 also wasn’t bad:)
By the way the long blond hair is Xenia Seeberg’s normal hair. In season 2 she appeared with short red hair, because she didn’t want to be just the next blond beautiful girl in a TV show. Then, as the fans got used to her appearance, she performed her normal hair.Yeah, Zev is my facourite, but Giggy dollows immediately after her.
About her planet – the judge in 1.0 mentiones it and I’m sure it wasn’t Brunnen-G or Brunnis 2. I’ll have to look that up.LexxLurker, it’s good to be here too:)
Giggarota’s planet is mentioned in 1.0 episode. She did eat her husband and more than 100 clerics. I don’t think she had anything to do with Vlad or divine executioners. She was a simple cannibal:) Kai knew her, probably because it was his mission to kill her, as a stealer of the Lexx, or maybe she has quite a fame as a criminal and cannibal, that even Kai knows of. The brains know her for the same reason. It was never mentioned in any episode, but that’s what I think. The tongue… I don’t know – a kind of mutation perhaps, who knows.
What I want to say is, that she is my favorite character from Lexx. I especially like her sick laughter, it makes me laugh too:)Yeah… Whatever you choose for the roleplaying game, before you start it, please explain the rules to me…
I am really interested in playing an RPG of Lexx, although I didn’t understand anything from what you said. As I know it, RPG is played by posting messages like on this forum. Everyone, who’s playing develops the story the way he likes, writes a couple of lines and the next one continues it from the point of his character (every player has a character to manipulate). And that’s all. I have no idea what dices are or whatever more u mentioned… I’d offer we play in the time, when Lexx is stolen, or even better we steal it and we’ll think up other characters, different from those in the movie. Or for example Lexx visits a planet, where we are located and we’ll become part of the crew. We’ll make it a good and interesting RPG. So, please, anyone explain me what dices are and if I don’t understand RPGs the right way, please explain me. And tell me if u agree with my proposals 🙂
I love this episode! I don’t understand why all of u say such bad things about it. I’m so sick and tired of the Earth, it’s something so klishe, every sci-fi show has the Earth involved in it’s story. Lexx was my favourite show until s4 exactly because it didn’t involve Earth. Now after 18 boring episodes finally something taking place in space, far from the Earth! I also loved the characters (except the gay one) and the way the story developed.

I certainly prefer Zev to Xev, she’s better looking and better acting. I like her accent too. Besides I really liked her with white hair. Too bad Xenia Seeberg’s skin is darker and white hair wouldn’t suit her. I agree that she looked best in Vlad with black hair and clothes!
I actually enjoied the game. It really had too much shooting and wondering around, but which game doesn’t? Still u get the chance to play with all farscape characters in a beautiful scenery and with nice music.

I am not quite sure you understood what I wrote. I asked if I (a bulgarian teenager, who doesn’t know any of the admins of this site, and even makes some spelling and grammar mistakes in english) could write some episode reviews for sadgeezer.com . I know the basic rules for posting in forums like this one. Thank you anyway for your advices on how to become a better poster and thank you for welcoming me 😀 .
Can anyone write episode reviews or should the writers have sth to do with this site? I’m asking, because I would enjoy writing one, if I knew someone would read it here 🙂
