Ryan says it such a cool way.

It sounds like Dewn… but with an ‘OOOOOOOoooo’ placed somewhere in the middle. Its so much better than the plain old ‘Dune’ the way I say it.

Im going to make Ryan say that everytime I speak to him from now on.

In fact, it should be part of the podcast theme tune.

Funny accents the cast have. They should all be like me and sound normal.

I must admit, probably only 5% of the time I spend on this board is spent posting. Most of it is lurking and getting info from others.

Still, it’d be cool if the lurkers could put a name to themselves and get involved on the boards.

yep, I had to get the VLC media player to watch it.

I couldn’t get audio through my quicktime. Downloads and all.

If you are going to be downloading a 100 meg file, getting a small program like VLC media player shouldn’t be a problem.

Yep, I heard him on the radio, was really full of himself. Still, the music rocks as ar as I am concerned.

I saw alien planets and a space ship in his latest music video, which is aparently part of the movie DVD. I can’t wait to see it. It’ll either be so crap its good, or just plain good.

What did I say that out loud?
    😳

The only current stuff I’ve been watching is the Super 14. *shrugs* I seem to be stuck in the land of reruns. Nostalgia rocks!

Sometimes I wonder if it would be cool to go senile for a week. I could experience my DVD collection for the first time.

Had to make an early getaway last night, but did however, speak to Headgehog for what must have been nearly an hour.

There was a bit of noise in my headset but when I turned the volume down a bit it was crystal clear. Headge says I came through fairly clearly so Im as happy as an Orz in Freespace.

Will make Friday, but not tonight. I would like to have spoken to you as well Saddy, but looks like it’ll have to be just before the podcast. πŸ™„

Sounds great… I can sort out a picture or two, something South Africanish of me. Some sort of South Sci-fricanish thing.

I’d rather be prompted for a response, Im worried about screwing things up. Something like : Sadgeezer – “Hey Lexxrobotech saw the new blah blah blah, what was your take?”

5)Kai – Lexx (I liked the way he is dead, and has no emotion, and yet still makes the right choices. Goes to show you emotions, even good ones, get in the way of clear thinking.)

4)Authur Dent – Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy(Of all the characters in sci-fi, he is the one that seems most like me. Joe Average, with a sense of apathy and dry sense of humour.)

    3)Zev – Lexx(So hot… so hard core… so totally sexy)

2)Rand – Robotech (This Country boy always made me laugh, more than willing to do the right thing, although seldom ever doing much more than killing Invid and getting himself hurt.)

1)Rick Hunter – Robotech (The perfect mix, his self battle between chosing love and war, his constant battle with himself, the Zentradi, his loves – Lisa and Minmei. The quiet hero who never is number 1, just pimps Rand to the number one spot for me.)

    Best music video…

Anouk – “The Dark” would be mine for artistic value.

Best ever would go to Blink 182. Theres are normally always really funny. I say there “All the small things” video was the best ever. I completely took the piss out of all the boy and girl pop bands music videos at the time.

Funny guys… to bad they’re no more.

Well, my best movies this year were

no 1 – Harry Potter and the goblet of fire
no 2 – The Fantastic Four
no 3 – The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
    no 4 – Batman Begins

I have a strong feeling that King Kong is going to slip in there, probably at number 2.

    Im still stoked over HP4.

I saw it, and I absolutely loved it!

~ Although, I did come out of the cinema with some interesting questions : First off, when I saw Hermoine I thought, “Hmmm, she’s very pretty” which made me question whether or not I may be turning into a paedophile, then I saw Harry get in the bath and thought “Hmmm, he’s buffed up a bit” which made me question my sexuality.

I am of course joking, I assure you I am neither a paedophile nor gay.

I thought it was brilliant. Although I don’t have kids and am not really fatherly(is that even a word?) I would be hesitant taking young kids to see the movie. I am an adult and I got a couple of really good frights in the movie. It definitely is a little bit scary.

I don’t really mind that the movie was so fast paced, as long as they bring out an uba-filled extended edition dvd set.

I think the movies are designed for people who have read the books. I think if you haven’t, you’ll really miss out on the experience.

I think Emma Watson gave the strongest performance out of the three young actors. Despite what most people seem to be saying, I think she is really talented (in both acting and appearance… eeeh gads…here come the police to lock me away).

I would liked to have seen more of Sirius. I think his lack of screen time (just the one fire scene) will negatively impact the next movie.

Anyway, I would give that movie 95%. I would like it to be much longer. Lets hope they do a Lord of the Rings style super amazing splendid extended edition.

    Hmmmm,

Snape has called Harry’s mom a mudblood before, however, he isnt a pureblood either.

I think he is somewhat good. I belive he killed Dumbledoore on purpose, in one last effort to get Harry to finally face up to Voldemort.

I think Harry will go it alone. I dont think he’ll make it. I think they’ll both go out in one hell of a fight, and I think deep down inside, Harry knows it. I think that the whole ‘boy who lived’ thing and the prophecy about the ‘chosen one’ being born is only partly correct. I believe Harry was born to die. I think he is part Voldemort, and I think the last Horocrux is in Harry.

I just go mine a few hours ago. Im about half way through… I have a feeling there a few twists in this one.

So far, Ive just got to the Half Blood Prince chapter. Don’t know who he is yet.

I can’t believe you want to know this already… before you get the book.

    Now… I must warn you… this is a Spoiler.

    *WARNING SPOILER*

Albus Dumbledore Snuffs it. I was paging through the book before I started reading it and saw it. Blast. Although Im not as upset as I was with Sirius’s death.

Lets just say that Draco is up to no good so far. Like father like son.

Thank you Logan, as always you were most helpful.

I didn’t really get what headgehog meant. My bad.
    Headgehog posted something like :

“Proving that the Star Wars franchise hasn’t been milked completely dry yet, George Lucas plans to remake all six Star Wars movies to be released in 3D.

Lucas plans to have the first 3D film released by 2007, the 30th anniversary of Star Wars, and would like to re-release oΒne Star Wars film every year thereafter.”

Thats a cut and paste I used to email my brother, so Im not sure if it’s exactly the same. I don’t want to put any false words in Headgehogs mouth.

    Thanks.
