Well I was hoping to meet MM in person, but oh well, may be next yr; hey, we’ll still have Brian, Jeff, Patricia & Louise there & fun will be had by all. May be we can come up with something together to have the 1s (Lloyd, Xenia, Ellen & Michael) who couldn’t make it this yr, have them for next yr; also, may be I can get a writing campaign to the Gally staff & see if we can’t have some of the Lexx guests there. Even if we can’t get Xenia, Ellen & Michael there for this yr’s, may be we should give them a toast & see what happens for next yr’s.

I suggest you take a shuttle to the hotel; as elmey said, you might want to check & see if the Hyatt has a shuttle service to & from the airport; if they do great; if they don’t, I suggest taking an airport shuttle to the Hyatt. That’s what I’m doing even though my plane arrives in Atlanta at 7:06pm; I still want to be safe. It’s also a good idea to check before you go on your trip, in case you need to take an airport shuttle to the hotel.

That’s a grand idea; on here we all should limit our pictures to a certain size or better yet, use web pages for others to click on. On lexx.com, Mandrid has actually asked me to do this & I have; I think this is also a great idea for here, that way, anyone who has a dial-up or slower upload, doesn’t have to wait too long to get the picture. I also think it’ll be a good idea for everyone who’s on this board to do that; that way, those with slower connections don’t have to wait or end up with their screensavers to come on in order to see the picture.

Why Jhevz; well when I was just getting started in watching Lexx on a regular basis & getting started with a new computer at home, I thought to myself, `I wonder if there are any boards I could post’; I found 1 (lexx.com (at the time they were still using Temp Passwords)) & tried to get on there with the same name. So when I couldn’t get on there last yr (but got on this yr), I came here; then I signed up on theFrey’s site using the same name & I thought, `cool, that name people like’.
But you’re probably wondering then why Jhevz as a username; I got that name from the show called Lexx & a gal named Zev, then later Xev; plus, I’ve always wanted a sister to talk to, spend time with etc. I could’ve chosen another name, like Keyeo (Kai’s little sister) or something, but I thought people would be more attracted to a more feminine name & that’s why I chose the name Jhevz.

I would’ve chosen my own name, but there’s a lot of people with the name Karen & the name Lorraine, so that’s why I didn’t use either of those 2 names.

Thanks for the great posts guys & keep up the great work; they’re great reading, especially yours, Fatguy; anyway, you’re cute, well your backend. 🙂

You can use black, but I suggest using a colour such as [color=orange]orange[/color], [color=brown]brown[/color] or [color=darkred]dark red[/color] as colours for spoilers; you can also use:

I kinda figured that would be the kind of response I’d get; but as I said before, I had no idea what kind of responses I would receive. I too only use Jhevz here, but on lexx.com, I mainly use Jhevz, because I’m usually inspired & motivated; I only use Keyeo there if our afternoon kid won’t work & we have to get after him, a volunteer won’t keep her problems at home & is very much anti-anyone who isn’t Republician & sees our President like a God, I’m having a bad day or on my monthly cycle. I’m planning on re-activating Leyeo & only use her as a `Roving Reporter’ at conventions or vacations. I only use Stephalee at scifi.com & may use her name at another site. These are the only 1s I use on this type of boards; & use another 1 for an entirely different board.

I heard from my friend in Southern CA & he told me that he won’t be able to make it; he tried to see if he could afford it & told me that he would like to meet you all, but can’t afford to go to Dragon*Con. I’ll be flying in & out of Atlanta, GA on Delta Airlines, & on Labour Day evening, I’ll be flying out of there at 7:10pm. I’m willing to take only 2 drawers & such; the room will have a coffeemaker, king-size bed, etc; I hope it’s got a combo bath & shower, but if not, I’ll improvise. I’ll be staying long enough to see MM’s panel, say my goodbyes before I leave for home on Labour Day.[/color]

Thanks for your post, I’m getting a lot of this from the different boards, I’ve asked this question to; each time, almost the same answer. I’m very glad I signed up to boards that have moderators in them, so that this idea is kept to a minimum; also, it doesn’t confuse people as to other motives that that person has. I’ll definitely let them know that this is considered wrong by most people & board members; at least, moderated ones.

I remember the episode before Lyekka & will visit this site tonight to view the pictures from different 1s; `Terminal’ is not 1 of my favourites because I don’t like, but do respect, surgens; there’s other reasons to, but I won’t go into that.

Also, it’ll give another perspective of what’s going on; I may even write about `Star Trek, V’ & others that I’ve been to.

Hi Fellow Lexxians,
Since, I’ll be making both my flight & hotel (either Super 8, Days Inn, Downtown or Marriott Fairfield Inn) next week, I’ll definitely be there the night before & probably leave Labour Day evening; I’ll let you know those things next week.
I can’t wait to see you nice people & meet new ones. ilyekkakai, I’ll show you around the 2 hotels if you like & we can get our badges together Friday morning of the convention. 🙂 This yr, I’ll be entering the Masquerade as Stephalee, wearing a blouse that my Grandmamma Vaughn wore, red pair of pants, red little Leggs slippers, & an orange hat, with 4.5 on it; I’ll be doing a routine to show it off.
I can’t wait till next month when all the fun happens; take care, have a great Summer & see you all next month.

It sounds like your putting together & very nice Prince costume; I’ll definitely have to take a picture of you in it while we’re there.
I’ve been putting together a Jhevz costume, that may closely resemble Zev’s; I’ll be wearing a long-sleeved white sweater, a black/orange/olive green/gold mini skirt, blue bikini bottom (which I just bought today) & hi-top shoes, with flowers on the toe. I’ve also been putting together a Stephalee costume that kinda resembles Stan’s; I’ll bee wearing a black t-shirt, underneath a peach top/jacket, same black shoes I’ll be wearing when I’m Jhevz, red pants & an orange hat, with 4.5 on it. I’ll be wearing almost the same outfit going into the Masquerade, except the top; that, I’ll be wearing the long-sleeved top my Grandmamma Vaughn wore.

This yr’s Dragon*Con will be the best ever, especially since we’re gonna have a lot of the Lexx cast there; I’m getting more & more excited about going there next month. So many panels, wow; now I know I can’t till next month.
I’m gonn finally meet the cast of Lexx, wow.
